Step 1: Infrastructure Investment
Condominium Investment
The condominium buys the chargers and handles addequations. The building freely sets its energy rate, recovering its investment and generating 100% of future profits.
Evolta Investment
Evolta makes the initial investment, providing and installing the equipment at no cost. We recover the capital by setting a charging rate higher than the local public network.
Step 2: Money Management
Report Only (Admin Billing)
The app acts as a smart meter. It logs exact consumption per user and the administration collects the cost at the end of the month via the admin fee.
Comprehensive Evolta Billing
Automatic charge to the resident's card upon session end. Evolta collects, assumes bank fees (Wompi), and transfers the net to the building.
Hybrid Model (Recommended)
Users decide: pay immediately in the App or add it to the admin fee. Allows setting a higher dynamic rate for card payments to absorb bank costs.
* Note: Regardless of the billing model, a fixed platform fee of $80,000 COP monthly per connector applies. For buildings with over 20 connectors, contact us to negotiate the tariff.
